Wireless oximeter polymer battery case display

Follow:

Wireless oximeters are becoming increasingly popular because they are very comfortable to wear. It is suitable for use in medical institutions or households. It allows users to measure human heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, and perfusion during exercise or sleep. This index (PI) and other data help users timely understand their physical health status. There is no need to go to the hospital for blood collection, no need to suffer from physical pain, no possibility of cross infection, and it eliminates the tedious queuing process. This product is powered by high-performance polymer batteries, ensuring continuous, efficient, and stable operation of the product.

1. Battery design requirements for wireless oximeters

Design a battery pack that matches the host according to customer requirements and specifications, and incorporate polymer batteries and safety protection performance into the solution. In the entire design process of the plan, the goal is to achieve the most perfect integration with the host, ensure the safety of the battery, battery, and the entire system, and first meet the corresponding design and certification regulations. To ensure the safety and reliability of polymer batteries, multiple layers of protection must be used inside the battery to prevent damage caused by overcharging, over discharging, or short circuits.

1) Polymer battery model: 301848PL/210mAh/3.7V

2) Circuit design requirements.

1. Overcharge protection voltage for individual batteries: 4.28± 0.25V

Add 0.50V to 4.08.

3. Single battery overload protection voltage: 3.00 ± 0.08 V.

4. Overdischarge recovery voltage of individual batteries: 3,00 ± 0,08 V.

5. Combination battery overcurrent protection value (10 milliseconds): 1.5-3.5A

6. The finished battery also has short-circuit and reverse charging protection.

7. Design requirements for battery cycle life: 300-500 cycles (according to national charging and discharging standards)

4. Design requirements for battery size: refer to the casing of the lobby computer

2. Design principle diagram of wireless oximeter battery

1) Protective Plate (PCM): It is mainly used to protect polymer batteries. Due to the chemical properties of lithium batteries, they must provide protective functions such as overcharging, over discharging, short circuits, and overcurrent to prevent combustion, explosion, and other hazards.

2) Protection IC: The main protective function chip in the design scheme, which monitors online the functions of overcharging, discharging, overcurrent, short circuit, etc. of the battery cells, ensuring their safe operation., Stable and effective range.

3) Polymer lithium-ion battery: 30848/210mAh/3.7V polymer lithium battery cell.

4) Field effect transistor (MOSFET): MOSFET plays a switching role in the protection circuit, which will always prevent the voltage at both ends of the load from rising or falling, thereby ensuring voltage stability.

5) Battery packaging: sealed with high-temperature adhesive paper and fixed on both sides
